Performing or omitting an act to obtain personal benefits or advantages, abusing the powers conferred by their position or authority.
A situation in which a person has an undisclosed private or personal interest sufficient to influence the exercise of their official duties, particularly when preparing and participating in decision-making.
Offering or accepting from any person any amount of money in cash or other form, for their own benefit or for third parties, in exchange for undue favors or decisions.
Improperly appropriating or embezzling the organization's funds, directly or indirectly, through or in collaboration with third parties.
Questionable practices related to accounting, auditing, billing or the organization's internal financial controls.
Failure to fulfill the obligation to assist and cooperate truthfully, fully and in good faith with the federative authorities or designated investigators.
Behavior that undermines the dignity of a person, carried out repeatedly and potentially harmfully, or unequal treatment based on any personal characteristic, which has the effect of diminishing or nullifying the full exercise of individual or collective rights.
Knowingly filing an unfounded report against another person or otherwise taking malicious actions that harm third parties.
Failure to fulfill the obligation to immediately communicate any possible violation of applicable provisions or regulations.
Any unequal treatment or exclusion of one or more persons based on gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, ethnicity, language, religion, nationality, immigration status, marital status or any other personal characteristic, which has the effect of nullifying or preventing the full exercise of their rights.
Requesting or demanding through coercion, threats or intimidation an undue advantage, or accepting, granting, offering or promising undue personal or financial benefits in order to obtain or maintain business or any other dishonest benefit.
A player who subscribes or enters into more than one contract with different clubs for the same football season.
Altering, fabricating, falsifying or forging all or part of a document, contract or record for the purpose of gaining an advantage or misrepresenting its value.
Intentional or unintentional actions that directly violate federative regulations, policies, procedures or contractual responsibilities of the organization.
Involvement in manipulating the result or development of football matches or competitions, directly or indirectly.
Non-compliance with established codes of conduct: duties and responsibilities must be fulfilled and exercised diligently, especially in relation to economic and sporting matters.
Inappropriate offer, solicitation or acceptance of payments, items of value, gifts or hospitality that could unduly influence decisions or create conflicts of interest.
Any act against the physical and/or psychological integrity of a minor; for example: harassment, discrimination, mistreatment, bullying, abuse, among others.
Offering, promising, giving, accepting or soliciting an undue advantage of any value, directly or indirectly, in violation of applicable law, as an inducement or reward for a person acting or refraining from acting in relation to the performance of their duties.
The taking and appropriation of personal or organizational property with the intent to deprive its legitimate owner.
Any act of physical, verbal or psychological violence, threat, intimidation or harassment committed in the workplace or sporting environment that affects personal integrity or the normal development of activities.
Non-compliance with the statutes, regulations, resolutions, rules and policies of the Ecuadorian Football Federation and national and international football governing bodies.
