The Ecuadorian Football Federation is an organization with strong values of responsibility and integrity. Our Federation Regulations contain general guidelines to carry out all activities with the highest standards of ethics.
The Ecuadorian Football Federation is committed to an environment in which open and honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable approaching a supervisor or management in cases where you believe violations of policies or regulations have occurred.
In situations where you prefer to make an anonymous and confidential report, you are encouraged to use this hotline, and to file reports related to the violations indicated in our Federation Regulations , as well as request guidance related to policies and procedures; you can also provide suggestions and positive stories.
The information you provide will be handled by our independent provider Ernst & Young Ecuador, responsible for administering the “FEF Reporting Channel” in a completely confidential and anonymous manner; therefore it is guaranteed that your comments will be heard.
